Kimberly Erdman began their work experience in 2012 at H&M International Transportation. Kimberly served as an Executive Assistant to the COO and Chairman, providing high-level support for various business initiatives. Kimberly managed and prioritized both business and personal calendars, wrote and distributed executive meeting agendas and minutes, and performed other administrative tasks. Kimberly then transitioned to a role as a Human Resources Assistant, where they supported the VP of Human Resources by performing data entry, maintaining employee records, processing unemployment claims, completing employment verifications, and managing job ads and resumes. Kimberly also gained knowledge of various insurance policies and maintained the filing system. In 2019, they joined DocProbe as an Account Manager.
