Sylvia Ruma

Sylvia Ruma has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as the Vice President of Operations at DocShop Pro, starting in June 2020. Prior to that, they served as the President of Ruma Organics from January 2015 to June 2020. Sylvia also worked at JPMorgan Chase as the Vice President of Business Banking from 2006 to 2009 and at AT&T as a Project Manager from 2000 to 2006.

Sylvia Ruma holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Walsh College, which they completed from 1999 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Studies, French and Broadcast Journalism, Communications from the University of Michigan from 1994 to 1997. Sylvia also earned a Certificate of French Studies in International Business from Université Paris-Sorbonne in 1996.
