Riccardo Ocleppo's work experience includes various roles and responsibilities in different companies.

In 2009, they worked as the Responsabile Sviluppi Web for Dylog Italia Spa, where they managed the implementation of the online strategy, restructured web properties, and launched a suite of online products. Their tenure lasted until January 2013.

From 2010 to 2013, Ocleppo served as the eCommerce manager for Gruppo Buffetti SpA. In this role, they played a crucial part in transitioning the company to the web, developed and launched Buffetti's eCommerce and B2B platforms.

In 2011, Ocleppo founded Docsity and served as the CEO. Docsity is a global community that helps students find and share high-quality study resources. Riccardo also assisted higher education institutions in their orientation and marketing efforts towards prospective students.

Starting from 2019, Ocleppo worked as an entrepreneur at Endeavor, and in 2022, they founded and became the director of OPIT - Open Institute of Technology.

Additionally, Ocleppo has been an investor at StudyAway Srl since July 2022.

Riccardo Ocleppo's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled at Politecnico di Torino, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering in 2006. In 2007-2008, Ocleppo pursued their further studies at Alta Scuola Politecnica, obtaining a Master's degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, General. Concurrently, from 2006 to 2008, they also pursued a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering at Politecnico di Torino.

Later, in 2009-2010, Ocleppo attended the London Business School, where they acquired a Master in Management degree. In 2016, they joined INSEAD for the Value Creation for Owners and Directors Programme.
