Monica L.

Monica L. began their career in 2012 as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where they prepared Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and Test Execution Plan. Monica conducted functional tests, regression tests, UI/UX test and performed UAT, and excelled in finding and reporting bugs, and driving defect triage meetings. Monica also consolidated the Daily and Weekly status reports across project stakeholders and interacted with the client over status reporting.

In 2017, Monica joined DocSpera as an Associate Project Manager, where they launched end to end Project infrastructure from Project planning to Product release. Monica led the operations team in the development and testing of Docspera’s Web and Mobile applications, and worked closely with the Product Manager to gather requirements and come up with User stories.

Most recently, Monica joined Amazon Lab126 in 2020, where they are currently working as a Product Quality. In this role, they are performing end to end tests to validate and certify new features and bug fixes, creating test plans, executing test cases and filing defects. Monica is also managing SJC and Seattle labs with lab work orders and access management.

Monica L. obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Visvesvaraya Technological University in 2007-2011. Monica continued their education at San Jose State University and obtained a Master of Engineering - MEng in Engineering/Industrial Management. Monica also holds a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in September 2020.
