Vineet Agrawal has worked in a variety of roles since 1996. Vineet began their career as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at Howard Hughes Medical Institute in 1996. Vineet then moved to Armstrong World Industries in 1998 as an Engineer, and then to Merck & Co. in 1999 as a Scientist - Technical Operations. In 2001, they returned to Armstrong World Industries as a Project Manager. In 2003, they joined Baxter International as a Business Development Manager. In 2004, they moved to Guidant Corporation as a Strategic Planner, and then to Abbott Vascular in 2006 in the same role. Vineet then moved to Micrus Endovascular Corporation in 2006 as a Senior Product Marketing Manager. In 2010, they joined Penumbra, Inc. as an International Sales Manager, and then moved to roles as International Strategy Manager, Head of Hemorrhagic Stroke Therapies, and Senior Marketing Manager. In 2021, they were appointed as Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at DocSpera.

Vineet Agrawal's education history includes attending Delhi Public School Noida, St. Xavier's School in Jaipur, Winston Churchill High School, and the University of Maryland. At the University of Maryland, they earned a BS in Chemical Engineering. Vineet then attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where they earned an MMM in Finance and Strategy.
