Generi Galvez has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 as an Inbound Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative at New Line Equity. In 2010, they worked as a Recruiter at DatPro Staffing Solutions. In 2007, they worked at two different companies, O.I.CES Contact Center as an Outbound Sales Representative/Operations Manager/QA/Trainer/Verifications Officer/Sales Closer, and Technocall Corporation as an Outbound Sales Representative/Team Leader/QA. In 2011, they were an Appointment Setter at Idea2Result. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at Evolution Software, LLC, first as an Shift Supervisor and later as a Shift Supervisor in-charge of Agents' Training, Sales, Attendance and questions during the shift. Generi also worked as an Account Manager at DocStyle LLC and a Senior Administrative Assistant at a Real Estate Investor in 2019.

Generi Galvez received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Central Philippine University in 2005. Prior to that, they attended Colegio de San Jose from 1995 to 1999.
