Matt Johnson

Matt Johnson has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as a Retail Assistant at The Range. In 2017, they worked as a Bar Staff at The Rank Group plc and in 2018 they served as Kitchen Staff at The Brunch Co. In 2019, they joined NatWest Group as a Financial Crime Associate, where they reviewed and resolved financial crime or chargeback disputes. In 2020, they transitioned to Fiserv as a Processing Specialist, handling chargeback requests and demonstrating their ability to handle large amounts of information. Currently, they are working at Doctify as a Business Operations Associate, contributing to the development of new processes and revenue streams for the health-tech software scale-up.

Matt Johnson completed their secondary education at The King Edmund School from 2009 to 2014, achieving their GCSEs. Matt then pursued their A-Levels at the same school from 2014 to 2016. Matt's tertiary education took place at Newcastle University, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Sociology from 2016 to 2019.
