Zhané Davis is the Director of People at Doctify, where they leverage their extensive experience in People Operations to facilitate the growth of high-performing teams. They began their career in a startup environment, quickly adopting a solution-oriented mindset to drive scalability and business potential. Zhané has held various roles at Doctify, including People and Operations Specialist and Senior People Operations & Strategic Project Manager, where they focused on enhancing employee experience and delivering strategic projects across five countries. Prior to their time at Doctify, Zhané worked as an Operations Executive at OfficeServe and as a Visual Stylist at Marks and Spencer. They hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from Birmingham City University.
