Nora Cramer

Nora Cramer is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Campus Recruiter at Doctolib since September 2021, Cramer focuses on the recruitment of interns and working students while overseeing the development of university recruitment strategies in Germany. Previously, Cramer held the position of Junior HR Specialist at BEITEN BURKHARDT, where responsibilities included recruiting legal trainees and attorneys, as well as managing HR marketing and employer branding initiatives. Cramer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Leuphana University of Lüneburg and a Master’s degree in Management, Marketing & Dienstleistungsmanagement from Bergische Universität Wuppertal, along with an Erasmus semester at the University of Tartu.
