Andrew Collier has over 25 years of work experience. From 1995 to 2003, they were the Owner of Andy's Lawn Care, LLC, providing residential and commercial lawn care services. From 2003 to 2005, they were the Inventory Manager at Paragon Technology Group, responsible for receiving all payphones from all southeast states. Since 2005, they have been at Docufree, first as a Director of Scan Cloud, then as an Implementation Specialist and Support Manager, followed by a role as a Client Services/SaaS Support Manager, where they led the Client Services/Customer Success team in onboarding, supporting and managing 400+ national customers with yearly revenues of $15+ million. Andrew also developed strategic goals and initiatives transforming the department from order takers to driving SaaS adoption, and improved client services critical processes. Lastly, they were the BPO/Box Scanning Manager, managing a team of approximately 60 direct employees while focusing on high quality, low cost, increasing revenue, adhering to extremely tight SLA's, and managing client's expectations.
Andrew Collier is currently attending Kennesaw State University, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Previously, they obtained an Associate's degree in Enviromental Horticulture from Gwinnett Technical College between 2001 and 2002. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: CDIA+ from CompTIA and Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
