Kerry Byler

Kerry Byler has a long history of work experience in the field of finance. From 1992 to 2000, they worked in Financial Services Sales and Business Development, developing expertise in the sale of financial products and services and client relationship management. In 2001, they joined The Sprout Group, Private Equity Affiliate of Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette/Credit Suisse as a Senior Associate/Graduate Fellowship. In 2002, they became a Partner at Batterson Venture Partners - Momentum Capital Partners, a venture capital firm focused on Healthcare, IT and Business and Consumer Services. In 2008, they joined Lehman Brothers Global Private Equity Group as a Vice President. In 2011, they became Managing Director at BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners, where they accelerated healthcare innovation through strategic venture investing. In 2014, they became Chief Financial Officer at AcuityCFO, a professional services firm that provides broad financial expertise and guidance to companies seeking a solid foundation for growth. In 2015, they became EVP & CFO of Docufree Corporation, a Private Equity-backed Company with more than 200 Employees in 7 States. In 2018, they became EVP & CFO and led M&A activities for one of the Fastest Growing EMS Companies in the U.S.

Kerry Byler obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Following this, they earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a focus in Analytic Finance, Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship.
