Shantrell Williams

Shantrell Williams has been employed in the professional world since 2002, starting with Blockbuster Video as an Assistant Store Manager. In this role, they provided customer service support to vendors, staff and customers, and was responsible for scheduling team building activities, inventory, and training. Additionally, they planned and monitored daily staffing schedules and adjusted accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels. In 2004, Williams moved to Docufree Corporation as an Operations Manager, where they provided site management and operational support to client services, employees, and sales teams. Shantrell also reviewed project proposals to establish resources needed, developed a schedule for project completion that effectively allocated the resources to activities, and managed all aspects of the project life cycle. In 2011, Williams became a Sole Proprietor for SHINEY NATURALS. Finally, in 2015, they began working at Walgreens as a Shift Lead, in addition to their role as Site Manager at Docufree.

Shantrell Williams obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Herzing University between 2004 and 2007. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Business Management from Herzing University between 2001 and 2004, also in Business Administration and Management, General.
