L. M.

L. M. has held various research and teaching positions throughout their career. L. began as an Instructor Professor at Universidad de La Habana in 1998 and later worked as a Profesor Ayudante at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. L.'sroles included being a CNPq Young Talent of Science Fellow at PUC-Rio and a Senior Research Scientist at Inria. In 2015, they became a Professor at Universidade Federal Fluminense, where they worked until 2019. Following that, they served as the Chief Science Officer at Docugami Inc and is currently the Directeur de recherche at Inria Chile.

L. M. completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universidad de La Habana in 1998. Subsequently, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. This was followed by a Doctorate in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from the same university, completed in 2011.
