As the Chief Executive Officer of Docugility, LLC since 2007, Bethany has led a boutique firm specializing in document automation consulting services for law firms and businesses globally, focusing on HotDocs and XpressDox products. In January 2023, Bethany co-founded Agile Estate Planning, further expanding expertise in innovative solutions. Prior experience includes ownership of Document & Data Solutions, LLC from 1997 to 2007, and work as a paralegal at Glass, McCullough, Sherill Harrold from 1991 to 1997. Bethany holds a degree from Florida State University, completed between 1986 and 1990.
