Brittney Cato has extensive experience in operations and client service within the financial services industry. Currently serving as an Operations Team Member and Operations Support Manager at Levifi since February 2018, Brittney previously held the role of Operations Support Manager at Quality Quickly Inc from February 2018 to January 2021. Brittney’s career at SunTrust Bank spanned from 2007 to 2017, where responsibilities included managing a loan pipeline, providing client services as a Production Assistant and Client Service Specialist, and supporting personal and business accounts as a Personal Banker. Early experience as a Teller-Teller Lead involved cash handling and team leadership. Throughout these roles, Brittney has demonstrated strong skills in data analytics, client communication, and loan processing.
