Building a next-generation Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform with proprietary Context Layer technology tailored for complex and high-compliance industries (Insurance & Healthcare) across US and EU markets.

Contextual Data Orchestration: Engineered a proprietary "Context Layer" that goes beyond simple OCR/Extraction to synthesize data across multiple disparate sources (e.g., matching a patient’s EHR with a multi-page insurance claim).

Global Compliance: Engineered the system to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring HIPAA compliance for US healthcare data and GDPR/AI Act standards for EU operations.

Hybrid Automation: Developed the orchestration layer that intelligently routes low-confidence extractions to human experts, creating a self-improving feedback loop for the underlying ML models.

Operational Impact: Reducing document processing turnaround times from days to minutes while eliminating manual data entry bottlenecks.
