Adam Berg has a diverse work experience that spans a range of industries and roles.
Starting in 2010, they worked as a Senior Advisor at The Norwegian Ministry of Defence.
In 2011, they joined Rema 1000 as a Category and Procurement Manager, where they were responsible for various aspects such as P&L, procurement negotiations, strategic planning, and marketing.
In 2013, Adam held two positions. Adam was a Country Manager at Espresso House Norge AS, overseeing the launch and establishment of Espresso House in Norway. Additionally, they served as a Senior Manager and Assistant Vice President at Telenor, where they managed portfolio management and analysis, set targets, and ensured performance reporting.
From 2017 to 2018, Adam served as the CFO of Synnøve Finden ASA, a leading dairy company in Norway.
Adam then joined Delta in 2018 as CFO, before transitioning to Save the Children Norway in 2021, where they held the role of Økonomileder Redd Barna Norge.
In 2022, Adam joined SAGA ROBOTICS // THORVALD as CFO, and later assumed additional positions at Documaster in 2023, including Interim CEO and CFO.
Lastly, Adam has also played a significant role in the founding and chairmanship of Aktomin since 2012.
Adam Berg attended the Skagerak International School from 1998 to 2000, where they completed their high school education and obtained their International Baccalaureate degree. Afterward, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the Copenhagen Business School from 2001 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business. Additionally, they attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2001 to 2005, where they completed a Master's equivalent (Siv.Øk) degree with a focus on Finance.
