Kai Horan is an accomplished product design leader with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and product design across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Product Design at Document Crunch since July 2025, Kai previously held the role of Director of Product Design at Rev, where responsibilities included leading a UX team to drive the design strategy for an AI-driven SaaS platform. Prior to that, Kai managed a user experience design team at Charles Schwab, focusing on fintech products and conversational UX.
