Kaleb Fulgham is the Director of Product Engineering at Document Crunch, where they lead efforts to develop AI and ML-enhanced contract risk assessment products for the construction industry. Kaleb has held various roles throughout their career, including Engineering Lead at Favor and Director of Engineering at FloSports, where they contributed to scalable engineering solutions and user experience enhancements. A graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Kaleb began their career with software development internships and has progressively taken on leadership positions in multiple tech-focused roles. Their early experience also includes roles in web development and administrative support.
