Nancy Sheehy

Customer Success Manager at DOCUMENT CRUNCH

Nancy has been in implementation, training, and customer success for the construction tech industry since 2007. Prior to that, she spent several years as an adjunct professor in the Humanities. She is happiest being a trusted advisor for her customer, and loves being “in the weeds,” discovering and applying the best solutions for customer success. She has a BA in English/Communication from Heidelberg University in Ohio and an MA in Rhetoric and Public Address from the University of Cincinnati.
