Ryan Evans

Ryan Evans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design, education, and leadership. Currently serving as President of the Board of Directors at Documentary Educational Resources since January 2023, Ryan's mission focuses on amplifying underrepresented voices through documentary film and media. As Principal Service Designer at Tufts University since March 2018, Ryan leads design thinking engagements that tackle complex challenges across research and administration. Previously, Ryan held significant roles at Corey McPherson Nash, first as Director of Experience Design and later as Director of Technology, where expertise in user experience and website development was applied. Additional experience includes teaching roles at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education and Lesley University. Ryan began a technical career with a foundation in media arts and sciences and computer science, holding degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
