John Slate

John Slate has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving at Documents & Design (D2) since 2008, where the focus is on providing IT support to small businesses, including server, desktop, laptop, and mobile device management. In addition, John has been with Dakota PC Warehouse since September 2007, specializing in repairing LCD panel televisions and offering hardware and software support for desktops and laptops. Earlier in their career, John held various roles at Gateway from July 1991 to October 2004, including positions in production, IT support, and management. John holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Western Iowa Tech Community College, earned between 2005 and 2007.
