Denis Whelan

Denis Whelan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across technology and sales sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Documo Inc. since September 2023, Denis focuses on enhancing document workflows in healthcare to reduce administrative burdens. Previously, Denis held the CEO position at Projector by BigTime from July 2019 to January 2023, where Denis oversaw a successful acquisition aimed at empowering professional service organizations. As Vice President of Sales at Optoro from January 2017 to August 2019, Denis contributed to optimizing returns for major retailers through advanced analytics. Denis’s earlier roles include Vice President of Sales and Account Management at Hobsons from July 2011 to January 2017, where Denis managed significant acquisitions, and Account Executive/Director of Operations at Intelliworks until its acquisition by Hobsons in December 2011. Denis earned a degree in Business Management from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, in 2007.
