Phil Charron serves as the Vice President of Product at Documo since February 2024. Previously, Charron held various senior leadership positions at Think Company from August 2008 to June 2023, culminating as Executive Vice President, where expertise in design, UX, and research for digital B2B products was provided. With significant experience in product design, Charron led the Qualcomm Tricorder XPRIZE-winning team at Basil Leaf Technologies, overseeing the development of the wearable medical device DxTER. Academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Professor of UX Design at Thomas Jefferson University from January 1996 to June 2014, while prior roles involved management of simulation design practices at Performance Development Group, AXIOM Professional Health Learning, BTS, and SMG, Inc. Charron holds an MEd in Instructional Technology and a BA in English Literature from Temple University.
