Steve Chong

Steve Chong is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and consultancy. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Documo Inc. since September 2023, Steve previously worked as an independent consultant for Projector by BigTime following its acquisition. Steve held the role of COO at Projector, where significant contributions included bringing a Professional Services Automation software product to market and transforming a prototype into a profitable international enterprise. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Steelpoint Technologies, enhancing product engineering team performance, and as Director of Project Management at AGENCY.COM, managing high-stakes projects. Earlier in the career, Steve was an Internal Lean Manufacturing Implementation Consultant at General Motors, promoting lean principles across multiple manufacturing plants. Steve holds an MBA in Operations from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
