Alan Murphy

Alan Murphy is a Senior HR Director, International, at DocuSign, where they lead the HR function across EMEA, APJ, and India, managing a team of HR Business Partners across 14 countries. Previously, Alan served as HR Director for DocuSign EMEA, supporting a high-performing sales team as Senior HR Manager, and held various HR roles at Microsoft, Bank of Ireland, and Ibec. Alan was also an elected National Committee Member for CIPD from 2016 to 2020 and earned a MA in HRM from the National College of Ireland.
