Alok Sheth is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and product development. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Docusign since December 2025, Alok previously held the role of VP of Engineering at Personio from March 2024 to December 2025, as well as Senior Director of Engineering. Prior to that, Alok worked at Google for over 15 years, advancing through various positions including Director of Engineering, Senior Staff Engineering Manager, and Staff Technical Lead & Engineering Manager. Alok began a career at Epic as a Software Engineer from February 2004 to March 2008. Alok holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Nirma Institute of Technology.
