Béatrice Bobillon

Béatrice Bobillon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success Account Management at DocuSign since May 2025, Béatrice previously held the position of Manager for EMEA Customer Success at Contentful from August 2024 to May 2025. Prior to that, Béatrice worked at Sitecore for nearly six years, taking on roles including Senior Manager for EMEA Customer Success, where responsibility included leading initiatives to structure and scale Customer Success programs, as well as implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Earlier experience includes roles at Oracle as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Renewal Manager, and at Thomson Reuters in various sales and account management positions. The career began at Imagen Biotech as Marketing Director.
