Ben Whitley has extensive experience in customer success management, currently serving as Team Lead for Enterprise Customer Success Management at DocuSign since January 2019. Prior roles at DocuSign include Lead Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Before joining DocuSign, Whitley worked at Meltwater from May 2012 to November 2018 in various positions, including Manager of Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Manager. Earlier experience includes a role as Business Development Executive at Regus. Ben Whitley holds a BA (Hons) in History from The University of Manchester, completed between 2006 and 2009.
