Craig Sadowski is a results-oriented finance leader currently serving as the Sr. Director of Finance at DocuSign. With a strong foundation in public accounting and corporate finance, Craig has demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, board reporting, and raising capital, particularly in the SaaS sector. Previously, Craig held key positions at SkyKick, Outreach, and Lexion, where they contributed to significant equity financing transactions totaling over $350 million and led M&A diligence efforts. Craig earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Gonzaga University and a Master of Professional Accounting in Auditing and Assurance from the University of Washington.
