Doug Floyd is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software platform engineering and product management. Currently serving as a Software Platform Engineering Leader at Docusign since January 2025, Doug drives the development of critical ecommerce platforms focusing on AI product monetization and payment systems. Previously, as Head of Commerce Platform Engineering at Unity from January 2022 to January 2024, Doug provided strategic direction and oversight for ecommerce platform development. At New Relic, Inc. from January 2015 to January 2021, Doug successfully redesigned a legacy platform to improve engineering efficiency and expedite new product monetization. Doug also founded Doug Floyd Consulting, where product management and technical program management were key focuses for clients including BMO, HSBC, and JPMC.
