Eric Brittain

Eric Brittain has extensive experience in account management and customer engagement within leading technology firms. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Renewal Management for Canada at DocuSign since May 2016, Eric has held roles such as Financial Services Lead Global Account Manager and Strategic Account Manager, contributing to the company's mission of enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient document management solutions. Prior to DocuSign, Eric worked at Oracle for nearly five years, where responsibilities included managing customer engagement with Oracle's CRM and HCM platforms. Eric began a career in sales and customer relations with roles at Capella University, Assurant Employee Benefits, and the Minnesota Timberwolves. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wartburg College, earned in 2006.
