Erica Kim

Erica Kim is currently the Lead Solution Consultant at DocuSign, where they have progressed through various roles including Senior and Solution Consultant since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Deloitte Canada as a Consultant in Human Capital from 2018 to 2019. Erica gained valuable experience at Ceridian from 2014 to 2018, serving as an Implementation, Application, and Product Consultant. They are also pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration at Wilfrid Laurier University and participating in an International Exchange program at the University of Navarra.
