Felicia Levy

Felicia Levy is an accomplished professional in knowledge management and education, currently serving as Director of Knowledge Management at Docusign since May 2025. With extensive experience as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland University College since August 2012, Felicia specializes in finance and project management, designing and delivering courses while mentoring students in career development. Prior roles include Sr. Manager of Knowledge Management at Calix, where Felicia established a KM organization and drove digital transformation, and multiple leadership positions at Dell Technologies focused on improving KM initiatives and customer experience. Earlier career highlights include consulting roles at Maxar Technologies and KPMG, where Felicia worked on system integration and digital solutions for federal clients.
