Felipe Motta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution consulting and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Solution Consulting at Docusign since March 2025, Felipe previously held the position of Field Engineering in the ANZ region at Databricks from July 2022 to February 2025. Felipe's earlier roles include Senior Director of Solutions Engineering at C3.ai, where the focus was on driving enterprise digital transformation through AI, ML, and advanced analytics, and Engagement Manager followed by Associate at McKinsey & Company. Felipe started the career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey before transitioning to BP as a Planning & Economics Analyst. Felipe holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
