Ingrid Myers

Ingrid Myers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent innovation, strategy, and customer experience. Currently serving as Senior Director of Culture & Talent Innovation at Docusign, Ingrid has previously held critical roles including Director of Talent Innovation & Optimization and Director of Global Talent Business Enablement at Docusign. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Accelegy Consulting, Ingrid led strategy initiatives across various industries including transportation and technology. Prior to that, Ingrid contributed significantly at Slalom as Director of People Experience & Talent/Technical Expert Development and held a Director role at Essilor, where alignment of IT strategy with corporate goals was a key focus. Ingrid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with minors in Sociology and Spanish from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master’s degree in Project Management from Villanova University.
