Jacinta Harding

Jacinta Harding is an experienced talent acquisition professional with over 15 years in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for APJ at DocuSign since February 2018, Jacinta has held multiple managerial roles within the company, focusing on modernizing agreement systems for organizations. Prior to DocuSign, Jacinta worked at Hays from June 2008 to February 2018, where roles included Internal Recruitment Manager for New South Wales and recruitment consultant for various specialized sectors, particularly in healthcare recruitment. Jacinta also contributed to Ruby UK as a Board Member, promoting professional networking among women, and began a recruitment career at Julia Ross as a consultant. Jacinta holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Newcastle.
