Jason Kwan

Jason Kwan has extensive experience in IT operations, currently serving as a Senior Manager of America IT Operations at DocuSign since April 2011, where responsibilities include oversight of IT operations and involvement in post-acquisition integration. Prior to this role, Jason held positions as a Manager of IT Global Client Services and Sr. Help Desk Technician at DocuSign. Jason's career began at Washington First International Bank, where responsibilities spanned from IT Manager overseeing information security to Network Administrator and IT Support roles. Jason also worked as a Systems Engineer at East West Bank, focusing on systems integration within the banking environment. Jason holds a BA in Information Systems from the UW Foster School of Business, completed in 2003.
