Jess Uncapher

Jess Uncapher has a diverse background that spans sales, education, and customer success operations. They began their career as a Sales Associate at Melvita and later trained adults in desktop software at TLG Learning. Jess held various roles at DocuSign, ultimately becoming a Senior Resource Manager, where they implemented critical workflow processes and managed teams. They also have experience as a Clinical Specialist with TransMedics, training medical professionals in the use of advanced equipment. Jess earned a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Maine.
