Jessica McKell

Jessica McKell is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Principal Recruiter at DocuSign since January 2019, Jessica is responsible for the recruitment of CLM and Core Enterprise Sales in the USA and has successfully led the hiring of a new CLM Specialty Sales organization. Prior to DocuSign, Jessica was a Senior Recruiter at Shopify, focusing on Data teams, and led EMEA and Canadian recruitment at Quantcast, achieving significant hires across European offices. Early career roles include recruitment consulting positions, where Jessica specialized in supporting American Tech start-ups in establishing their EMEA headquarters. Jessica holds a B.Sc. in Business and Management from Technological University Dublin.
