Oshjay Eiermay is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture, product management, and engineering leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at Docusign, Oshjay drives the cloud strategy and oversees customer migration efforts. Prior to Docusign, Oshjay held several impactful positions at Salesforce, including Principal Software Architect and Product Manager, where responsibilities included creating product roadmaps and leading the Hyperforce initiative. Oshjay's career began with roles at Amazon as a Quality Assurance Engineer and co-founding OmniTechnica, later sold to Iluminar Technologies. Oshjay also contributed to the Children's Tumor Foundation as a founding member of the Corporate Advisory Council and has a background in journalism as a freelance author for Ars Technica.
