Jumana Deery

Jumana Deery is an experienced enablement manager at DocuSign, focusing on the GTM enablement function for professional services, sales, and customer success teams since August 2021. In this role, Jumana develops and deploys programs to enhance sales and customer success capabilities. Previously, Jumana managed the "eSign Sub Programme" for EMEA at DocuSign, overseeing operations and staffing for customer-facing engagements. Prior to joining DocuSign, Jumana held various roles at IBM from 2012 to 2021, where responsibilities included acting as a sales operations advisor and business partner, among other operational roles. Jumana also worked as a senior sales consultant for LVMH and holds an M.S.C in E-Commerce from Dublin City University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance from Technological University Dublin.
