Junaid Ashraf possesses extensive experience in technical support and solution engineering across various roles and organizations. Junaid served as a Technical Support Engineer at DreamApps from January 2014 to January 2015, assisting customers with ERP implementation and training. Subsequently, Junaid worked as an Implementations Specialist at Deputy from March 2015 to June 2017, and as a Training & Implementation Consultant at Rezdy from August 2017 to October 2018, focusing on client onboarding and project management. From October 2018 to January 2023, Junaid held the position of Solution Engineer at DocuSign, supporting the sales team throughout the sales lifecycle.
