Karin Riley is currently the Lead Customer Success Manager at DocuSign, where they drive customer investment returns and develop success strategies for clients. Previously, they served as an Independent Consultant and held various leadership roles at Gartner, including Vice President and Program Manager, where they led teams to exceed client expectations across global markets. Karin also has experience in project management from their time at SS8 Networks, where they managed major customer projects contributing significantly to annual revenue. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of Connecticut School of Business.
