Kristen Jackson

Kristen Jackson, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Solution Architects at DocuSign since September 2015, Kristen is recognized as the first Solution Engineering leader to earn Gold certification and is an Agreement Cloud Expert as of 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Apttus as a Sales Engineer, where Kristen supported account executives in qualifying sales opportunities and delivering custom demonstrations, and at Graton Resort & Casino as a Lead Guest Service Ambassador. Additional engineering experience includes a position at Parker Hannifin, providing technical support for electromechanical products. Kristen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, an MBA from Sonoma State University, and is currently pursuing further education at Stanford University and College of San Mateo.
