Previously, they served as the Director of Real Estate & Business Resiliency at Doma, successfully implementing security protocols and policy frameworks that resulted in significant cost savings. With a diverse background in managing real estate, facilities, and project management, Delfiner has fostered operational efficiency across multiple organizations. They began their career at LexisNexis, gradually advancing through various managerial roles focused on facilities operations and program management.
