Lucy Holland

Lucy Holland, CF APMP, has extensive experience in bid management and proposal coordination, beginning with a role as Workflow Controller at Williams Lea from June 1999 to February 2003. Lucy transitioned to KPMG, serving as Grants/Proposals Coordinator from March 2003 to June 2009, before progressing to various positions at Idox Software Ltd, including Bid Manager from February 2014 to November 2018, Project Manager/Bid Manager at Idox Information Solutions Ltd from October 2011 to January 2014, and ultimately Head of Bids at Idox plc from December 2019 to June 2022. Currently, Lucy is the Manager of the Proposal Management Team (EMEA) at Docusign, a position held since July 2022. Lucy holds a BA (Hons) degree from Birmingham City University.
