Melissa Bogers

Melissa Bogers has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as Sr. Director, Human Resources Business Partner at DocuSign since February 2022. Prior to this role, Melissa held multiple positions at Oracle from May 2010 to February 2022, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Earlier in the career, Melissa worked as a Development Consultant at Ernst & Young from April 2003 to April 2010 and held a role at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 2000 to 2002. Melissa holds a degree from West Virginia University, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
