Ramachandra Kota is an experienced leader in machine learning and artificial intelligence, currently serving as the Engineering Director for ML & AI at DocuSign since May 2023, where the focus is on enhancing the Intelligent Agreement Management platform. Prior to this role, Ramachandra was a Board Member at Modo and held the position of Principal Applied Science Manager at Microsoft, leading a team that developed content recommendation systems for over 500 million users. Additional experience includes leading a high-performing machine learning team at realtor.com, as well as serving as a Research Scientist at IBM Research, where various AI initiatives for Cyber-Physical Systems were undertaken. Earlier positions include contributions to AI projects at Showt and Secure Meters (UK) Ltd, along with a Visiting Research Fellowship at the University of Southampton. Ramachandra holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Southampton and a B.Tech (Hons) in Computer Science and Engineering from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad.
