Ricardo Luz

Ricardo Luz is a seasoned software engineer and leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer in the AI Division at Docusign since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ricardo founded Mind-r.ai, dedicated to democratizing mental health support through artificial intelligence. Previously, at Qstream, Ricardo led a team of frontend engineers, implementing best practices such as scrum and CI/CD pipelines. Ricardo's tenure at Udemy saw significant improvements in video streaming performance, while at LoyLap, effective team management and machine learning project implementation were key achievements. Earlier roles included technical leadership in app development at Trippr and managing remote teams at Multside Digital. The entrepreneurial spirit is also evident from founding Appock.co, a software house recognized for its impactful solutions. Ricardo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration from ENIAC College.
